Pasta has always characterised the family, from generation to generation. The Michelis family has been producing fresh pasta since 1919, when Mario Michelis opened a small shop in the back of an inn in Mondovì, Piedmont.
The bronze-die pasta dries in air rich in marine scents from Liguria, while all the products are prepared with carefully selected and checked ingredients. For the light egg pasta, only free range hens’ eggs are used. For the fillings, only the highest quality ingredients and combinations: Piemontese beef, fresh vegetables and DOP cheeses.
From the combination of the wide range of ingredients used by Michelis comes a menu that changes daily, following the seasonality of the products used.
