Dennys G. Rodriguez takes up the ancient technique of the rotisserie to propose flavorful and succulent dishes born from the blend of different influences. His story begins in Cuba and continues in Italy, where Dennys combines his passion for cooking with his love for the world of meat, which, after working since 2014 for the Savigni family, he knows like the back of his hand.
In his boutique on the first floor, Dennys proposes chicken skewers, chicken thighs, rotisserie chicken, chicken “alla cacciatore,” Ceaser salad, corn on the cob, and yellow rice with dried fruit. It is a cuisine of combinations and contrasts, as he brings together Apulian tradition with Cuban ingenuity to create an explosion of flavors.
