It’s been 20 years since Nacho has inaugurated his first restaurant in Barcelona, and since then he has continued to grow and innovate himself until it became a landmark for the local cuisine.

After 30 years of experience, Nacho brings his gastronomic delights to Mercato Centrale in Firenze.

His attention to detail is reflected in every plate: in his boutique, every product tells a story of the spanish regions of Extremadura, Andalusia and Castile.
The showpiece of this boutique is Jamón Ibérico de Bellota; it’s a unique ham made from local black pigs, fed on acorns and herbs.
Thanks to the combination of all these elements, coupled with the 4-year aging, the ham has a unique and irresistible taste.
