The smashburger
The patty is 100% Black Angus ground American meat. The patties freshly made are crushed on a hot surface using a technique called ‘smashing’, which allows the burger to become crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. Really super tasty!
An iconic recipe, perfect to pair with home made sauces like the special, delicious Joe’s secret sauce (we bet you can’t work out all its ingredients!), the classic cheddar cheese, gherkins, crispy onion, stilton cheese and much more. You will also find the ever-present fries and there is even a special version with cheese bacon&jalapeno.
The workshop’s other must-try dishes include the fried chicken cooked with a special technique, delicious and fragrant, and then there is also the legendary ‘Made in Joe’ Bourbon whiskey bacon.
