Fruits and vegetables that are seasonal, grown through environmentally friendly means, guaranteeing organically-produced fresh products, and selected with a preference for small farms. It’s a choice made with the consumer in mind, restoring their confidence in their purchase and offering accurate information on the provenance and characteristics of the product, its healthiness and original environment, which must not be polluted and or depleted. The shop has developed a series of vegetarian and vegan recipes, light, but with the right balance of flavours. Here, the cliché that vegetarians are satisfied with frugal, sad and tasteless meals is disproven.

To give substance to the sandwiches made with bread baked in a small Florentine bakery, there is the vegan Burger, which replaces meat proteins with those of legumes. And to fill them, fresh tomatoes, caramelized onions, cabbage or beets, fresh spinach, aubergine, rocket pesto, vegan mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard, with shredded mozzarella and fontina for vegetarians. Seasonal salads, soups and juices for a top-up on vitamins, minerals and antioxidants are all available for takeaway. Good and green, yes, it’s possible!
