In 2014 Dennys started to work with the Savigni family. From then on, meat started to reveal its secrets to him. After spells at Mercato Centrale Firenze and Mercato Centrale Roma, Dennys decided to throw himself into a new venture in Turin, where he serves his food of similarities and contrasts. His idea for Mercato Centrale Torino is a cross between Puglian traditions and Cuban creativity: a combination that’s both curious and delicious.
In the store: chicken skewers, chicken drumsticks, stuffed chicken, hunter’s chicken, caesar salad, corn on the cob with melted butter, and yellow rice with dried fruit.
