Drawing on the experience of the Osteria Social, the restaurant opened in Ciriè in 2021, where passion for wine is combined with research and creativity in the kitchen, in its new Piedmontese Flavours shop, Cantina Social seeks to celebrate the great gastronomic tradition of Piedmont through the excellence of its products.
The local ties are enhanced by a careful search for raw materials, which are offered together with wines served by the glass for a voyage of discovery into Piedmontese cuisine.
From lunch to aperitifs and dinner, the food and wine selection is centred around the iconic products of the regional cuisine.
In the shop: platters of cured meats and cheeses, croutons and treats to be paired with the wines served by the glass, as well as the symbolic dishes of the Piedmontese tradition such as vitello tonnato, braised beef cheeks and, of course, ravioli with roast meat sauce.
